Forgot to stop exercise tracking

Loads of people have posted about this but so far no solution has been provided. I keep starting my tracker and then forgetting to end it when I've finished exercising. This is a major issue for most fitbit users! Please provide a solution. Thanks

@MaryBiscuit Hi and Welcome - I believe what you are after is on the activities page click the activity you forgot to stop and gather the start time - then if you can remember your real duration note that down as well

then delete the workout and scroll to the bottom of the page where there is common activities, activity record or activities either click activity record and re log the activity - you can use either of these sections - I would suggest if its a frequent activity to go to the activities section and click on Recent find the activity you have deleted and click on the activity - input the date, start time and duration at the minimum then click log this should then check you hr and steps and fill in most of the blanks

It would be ideal if the watch could give a short vibration every 5 minutes or so during an exercise so we don't have to go in and manually adjust logs. Is something like that possible in the settings or with another app, or are there plans to implement something like this? It makes me not want to bother using the workouts at all when i keep forgetting to end

So eager for this feature...if you delete and re-log exercise  you loose the Heart rate data

Is there any solution to this? Surely when heart rate drops it can send you a message or vibrate to ask if you have finish? Apple has this feature so it is available
