My Fitbit Charge 2 froze on the charging battery screen after charging. It was working fine without any problem before that even if battery didn't hold the charge as long as when first bought, especially since their last update. I didn't do anything but put it on the charger. Now the battery goes from 100% to frozen screen with battery level on, to notification screen and buzzing and not able to stop it but by putting it back on the charger, to empty battery screen with nothing in between but one or 2 second. Restarting does not work, soft reset either.... and getting no answer from customer support but my battery is draining. They haven't even sent me the email they told me they would send.... So what do I do?
