Frozen screen..possible solution(clock face display)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The screen on my Fitbit charge 3 froze yesterday, I tried trouble shooting it myself with no luck. I ended up contacting tech support and got no new information. He kept trying to have me to re-start the device but it was so locked up I couldn't get it to turn off/re-set. The gentlemen I spoke with said he has turned my "case" over to a higher up and told me to check my e-mail for a response/the next step. After trying to look up some more today of how to fix it I finally found something that actually helped. I went into the app on my phone and changed my clock face. As I tried to change it the Fitbit screen lit up saying there was an error trying to change it but then it unlocked it and changed the clock face. I went back in and changed it back to the one I wanted and it seems to be ok for now. I Just thought someone else might get a helpful tip from this!

While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable.

Will
