Frozen screen

So it synced this morning when I got up and the screen on my charge 2 is frozen at that moment. Not sure why?? I tried plugging it in but the screen won't change. Stuck on the same info. So frustrating!!

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so. I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    1. Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

 

Let me know if the issue persists.

Thank you so much...I talked with Fitbit and solved the problem. The
problem was it didn't work anymore 😀 Got myself a new one.

Charge 2: screen went black mid-day. Ample battery charge. Push button restart produces no results. Dashboard shows it is recording data today. Tried to change clock type to “jog it’s memory.” Dashboard says my iPhone’s Bluetooth is not connected. It is. Settings says it is and Bluetooth works to make a call when in my car. Fitbit screen remains black.
  Please help
