Found my lost Charge 2 today. Plugged it in and got it fully charged. When I went to sync it to my new phone, it synced and then shut off. Now the tracker will not turn on at all. Holding the button to reset does nothing. App says the tracker is fully charged, but all I get is a blank screen.

Hey @zachi, welcome aboard! Thanks for trying to restart your Charge 2 to make it work. When you plug it in, can you see that is charging? If not, try the tips in this help article: Why isn't my battery charging? and let me know if they work.
