I've started cycling 2 weeks ago, and I use my Fitbit Charge 2 to log my activity. I manually start recording my exercise, wait until my Fitbit and smartphone (Motorola Moto G6Plus) are connected and go out. I ride for about 15 km's (45 minutes) but when I come back home, my workout isn't logged properly. Fitbit only logs 2 or 3 GPS points, resulting in a 0,16 km ride at 0,2 kmph...If I use a different exercise logging program (like RunKeeper), that program logs my workout properly. How do I fix this?

@mronkes Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your GPS data recording and sorry for the delay in my response. Let's start by refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.
