Everytime I go for a run the conection with the phone GPC get disconected  and the distance and steps are way off. No matter where I run, track or trails. I have been running with running app and it gets the correct distance and steps do i don't know why my watch is so off. I have update my fitbit app and restarted the charge 2 but I'm still having problems.

I will assist you with your GPS recordings and sorry for the late reply. Also thank you for trying the different options to record your activity. Please try these suggestions to improve the GPS activity recording with your Fitbit device.
