So since yesterday it's been flipping and buzzing different types of short or long buzzes and tends to just keep flipping I'm not able to get to the reset screen to reboot the device. I've only had this replacement rose gold charge 3 for a little over a year. It's supposed to be waterproof and I hardly ever shower with it or get it wet. I was unable to use it last night It just kept running out of battery. When I tried to charge it today it still didn't charge and it was actually dead for quite a while. I did all the tricks and hacks that forums And YouTube had. I finally got the diamond shape with the little circles some of them were gray and not bright with a code 001. Then I tried the reset again I get the little smiley face And that turns off and won't turn back on again. Even if I hook it back up it's still like it's not charging. Help!! This is my second one, the same type and the same **ahem** problems. There are so many people that have been having problems. You should really think about extending the warranty or at least making one half off when this crap happens. This is not my first time. I could not get through on the phone to a support person or on the chat it just kept putting me in another room or another forum
