My fit bit  suddenly went dark, no lights in back. Got very hot when I charged. Of course it will not reset or sync. Just completely dead. A lot of money for less than 2 years of use. Really missing it.

Hi @DianneEM 

 

Could be your Charge 2 has come to the end since you can't get it to restart. Some devices last longer than others, depending on how they are used. You might want to see the new series of devices that have been released. The Versa series and the Inspire series might interest you.
