I bought a Charge 2 around Oct 2017, the screen went all wonky in Oct 2018. Fuzzy, on and off, then off completely. I continued using it for a few moths, but really missed being able to actually see the screen (it did sync and tracked everything, the vibrating alarm still worked. I had read other bad experiences with customer service in instances like this so just bit the bullet and bought a Charge 3 (yes $300+ on 2 fitbits, but only one working...too much money, not sure why I took the risk again).
Now I wanted to have my husband try my old Charge 2, just to track, even without a screen, but when trying to pair it with his phone it asks for the 4-digit code, which I can't see. Is there any other way to pair this without actually seeing the code? I have tried every.single solution suggested to correct the black screen - no way to fix it. So how do I pair it without being able to see the code?

@Jess_mn Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Thank you for your inquiry. You won't be able to setup the tracker unless you can see and enter the code on the Fitbit app. Still I have created a ticket for you so Support can review the case and offer options for you.
Let me know how it goes.
