Hawaiian Badge Only Shows In Km Setting

When settings are on cm/km the Hawaiian badge shows up, but when setting for inch/feet/miles, the Hawaiian badge is missing.  This is clearly a simple bug in the software that should be able to be fixed in less than 1hr of time.  I suspect that the badge is set for 3500 miles or something like that in the code.
