Hi, my charge 3 has stopped registering heart rate. Literally just stopped for no reason. I have rebooted the device on several occasions and have made sure the HR toggle is on under settings but still not working.... any different suggestions please. Getting really frustrated that it’s now not working.

Same here and mine is brand new out of the box today!  It was working this morning and now no readings...

Mine too. Been using it since January and it's been working well but stopped 3 days ago and I have done everything but still nothing and I'm getting very frustrated
