My heart rate hasn't been working for 3 days now. I have reset my fitbit charge 2 many times, but still nothing happens. Does anyone know what I could do? I recently bought it

It is no live data, not just heart rate that is not showing up on the latest Android update.
It is related to the error mentioned in the pink banner above.
In my case it was just the 'live' heart rate data not being displayed with the rest as normal. An install of the previous update as described cured the problem instantly Unfortunately, I guess most users don't have access to the previous version so it's up to Fitbit to release a patch for the problem - in my case anyway - that they created.

This update, as promised, imeadiatly fixed it for me.
Of course I never found it a problem, since I usually tap on today's tile then I'm able to do some comparing. The user can't really compare from the dashboard.
I have phoned customer support and they have escalated to a second level team. I am waiting to hear back. I suggest you do the same as you have tried everything you can.
