Hi Guys
I have just purchased the Charge 3 and installed the app on my Android phone. When I go to the dashboard on fitbit.com I can see a constant graph of my heart rate. When I open the Android app I can't find the same heart rate graph/tile, only the 'resting heart rate' tile. Is the heart rate graph available in the mobile app?
Thanks
Rick

I click on the tile with the heart rate as you can see blow.
Does that not work the same for you?

Best AnswerAh, I was one click away from seeing it, thanks very much. It's not 100% obvious where to get the extra info but I see it now.
Best AnswerAny idea how long it needs to have been tracking the HR before it will shows the graph? I can see my resting heart rate but at the moment (only had the Charge 3 on my wrist for a couple of hours) when I tap on the tile there is no graph only "No Measurement".
I do remember having to wait some time, possibly more than a couple of hours for the graph to start appearing.
Also sometimes closing the app and reopening the app or perhaps just the tile itself helps refresh it.
Best AnswerThis is what mine is doing too? Have you found a solution?
Best AnswerMine is doing the same thing
Under heart rate I've got no measurements
Does anyone know what to do to fix this?
Best AnswerTile not present on my phone app to click on?
Best AnswerHi there, not sure if you already fixed yours.
I was having the same issue. I did all the troubleshooting and nothing.. then I went to the fitbit app-account- selected the device- then I choosed apps. And saw that the Heart rate had an update. I clicked on update and started to show me the graphs.
Hope it helps
