My charge2 is no longer reading my heart rate. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting listed in he help section. Had this happened to anyone? Was there a fix? Or is it just time to upgrade 😕

@Lala415 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

Let me help you with your heart rate reading on your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure what you have tried up to this point but I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
