In late July 2019 I noticed that the Heart Rate tab on my Run Statistics had disappeared. I track my runs using the gps option and when I check the statistics it used to give me tabs for Map, Splits, Heart Rate, Energy, Impact and Recent. Some time in July the Heart Rate tab disappeared. However, if I look at the stats for another automatically recorded exercise such as a walk, it does give me the Heart Rate tab. Has anybody else noticed this? Is it a know change by Fitbit to the App? I have checked to see if I can get it back but have so far not found a way of doing so. Incidentally my wife has seen the same happen with her Alta HR making me think it might be a change to the App. If so can we please have it back as it is a very useful stat to check. Thanks. Graham.

@Grazzh, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Thank you for reporting the missing heart rate data on your Fitbit account. This issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will find a solution soon. Still I appreciate your patience in this matter.
Let me know how it goes.

Since July 2019 this still does not work for me. Will this be fixed at all?
Thanks

@gunzenhk It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your missing data. Which phone do you have and what OS version is it running? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
Let me know how it goes.
