Heart rate missing from exercise result

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since two weeks the heart rate is missing from all my initiated exercises (running, cycling).

However, all my detected exercises (walking) have heart rate data.

Could this be fixed?

Thank you.

@Mihaisan, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also restart your tracker.

Let me know how it goes.

I’m having the same issue, Also my exercises Stopped syncing with  Runkeeper at the same time. There are allot of people on another thread who are having the same issues. This must be a software issue as so many people are experiencing the same problem. Is it something that Runkeeper are attempting to fix?

There are lots of us having this issue. I doubt it is a problem with our FitBits. I have tried turning HR logging from 'Auto' to 'Off' then doing a sync. Then turning HR logging back to 'Auto'. I've tried restarting my FitBit, my iPhone, making sure that everything is up to date. It is very odd that this issue struck multiple FitBits devices at the same time. It suggests something changed with the way the FitBit servers are syncing data.

We probably need a response from 'FitBit' technical people.
