I’ve had my charge 2 for about a year now and noticed recently the bmp often has - - no reading today while working out for less then 8 minutes I noticed my heart rate went from regular to 151 drastically dropped down to 129 than back up to 150 than back down 120 within a matter for 5 seconds I stopped the Fitbit and than it said I had an activity minutes of 14 minutes and the work out was no more than 8 and I had not done anything this morning to provoke active minutes literally sat and had a coffee
how can I get my Fitbit back to accurate readings ?

Hello @SunsetRunner thanks for bringing this to my attention, it's nice to see you again participating in our Community Forums, welcome back.
Certainly, this is not a common situation nor the way we designed our heart rate tracking feature. That said, if you haven't already done to, I recommend you to restart your Charge 2 and let me know if you still experience difficulties. Also, let me share with you that heart rate reading varies depending on several factors like movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication. If you haven't already done so, please review our information and tips for heart rate accuracy
I'll be here if you need further assistance, let me know if you have any additional questions.
