Hi,
I have doubted the accuracy of the heartbeat/pulse rate read-out on my Charge2 ever since I got it. So, to test my theory, over the past week I have been wearing my FitBit together with my sports watch which is linked to the sports watch via a chest-band - and the differences in read-out are startling.
The difference in heart rate between the two devices is on average 10 - 20 bpm - with the FitBit always reading lower - especially at the higher level - eg; bpm via chest-strap 155 - bpm via FitBit 131.
Of course, the differences skew all the other data, too!
Has anyone else noticed this?

@RICH-bit, welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your heart rate reading on your Charge 2. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
