Help I let the battery run out and now it won't charge.  I just get the unhappy face.  What's to be done?  Hardware problems?

Thznks An awesome Fit Bit customer service replaced my watch few months back and it has been working fine dince then I zm very happy and would not trade it for any other watch Thanks every one who tried to help me
