Hi when I receive a message on my fitbit charge 2 the name comes up from who it's of but no message it's been like this for weeks now could someone help with this please.  Thanks

This is a known bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:

Hi I've updated the tracker this morning.  It's been like this for over 8 weeks now. I would of thought once I'd updated the tracker it would of solved the problem.  Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
