How do I set up my wife's charge 2 for stride and height?

What a good husband you are, @TimBarr!  You can change the stride in the Fitbit app on the phone. On my iPhone, I open the app and tap Account > Advanced Settings > Stride length. You can also find some good information in this Fitbit Help article.
