I have lost my Fitbit when on a bike ride yesterday , if found ,can anybody else use it ?

Yes.  Anyone who finds it can use it.  They would have to use it on their own fitbit account or make a new account.  They could not use your own fitbit account.  They would also need a charger.   They would probably need some familiarity with fitbits and how to use them.

 

It would show as a new unused unit with none of your previous steps or history appearing.
