Is it possible to stop the content of messages displaying on my Charge 3? The bit I am actually interested in is who the message is from which is ironically grayed out.

I am sorry for the delay in response. Regarding your notifications inquiry, if your have an Android device you can try the following:

  1. Open your "Messages" app on your Android device.

  2. Go to "Settings."

  3. Click on "Notifications."

  4. Make sure there isn't a checkmark next to "Preview Message"
