Hourly activity goal isn't matching

My Fitbit showed that I had completed all 10 hours of my minimum 250 steps per hour but only showed 5 hours when I did the sync. I rebooted my Fitbit then did a sync again to no avail, still just showing 5 hours.

@AlejandraFitbit I have got the same issue at the moment, my app shows three active hours (9, 10 & 11) but my charge 3 only shows two (9 & 11). Has a solution been found yet?

Charge 3 only 2 weeks old, data been looking good until today.  Fitbit shows 8 out of 9 hours active but app is only showing 6.  Fix?

I agree, not that I don’t know what I have done I just want it to be right in the app.

This is not the first time this incident has occurred, why isn’t there a fix? It’s unacceptable.

Your asking about an app question on your unknown phone, but your asking this in the Hardware support without a mention of the phone type.

I’m having the same problem plus the pairing with my iPad and iPhone keeps disconnecting, my heatbeat monitor reverts to resting heartbeat even when still on my wrist and it’s fully charged! It definitely needs resolving asap as my Fitbit wasn’t even 3 weeks old when the first problem arose! This has now become a daily occurrence and it’s more than a little frustrating. It seems there are several Fitbit user in the same boat!

Fitbit charge 3.

iphone 7 plus.

All other statistics are usually correct. The hourly activity is always the issue.
My charge 3 is set for 9 hours of activity between 9 am and 6 pm.  Frequently I will have 9 out of 9 hours, and the sync will show less.
very annoying.
