Hourly activity gone

Hi. The hourly activity has disappeared for the last several days. I know I hit 8 of 10 hours yesterday but it's showing zero. It's showing 0 of 10 hours starting on 2/2, which isn't at all accurate. The info was there yesterday. I've restarted my phone but it didn't help. Today's data is there and is accurate so far.

Hey @DMS77, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! So in other words, it seems that your hourly activity isn't updating even knowing that you are almost completing the 10 hours that you have set. Beside the restart that you already tried, could you please try to log out from your Fitbit account and then log back in? Then sync again and let me know if your hourly activity data updates.

my phone is having a similar problem. my hourly 250 steps will display correctly for the current day, but the history says 0 of 11 for the last week of days, which I know is quite wrong. I have restarted my phone, restarted the app, reset my device, and logged out and back in. all to no avail!

 

how do I fix this?

Clearing the fitbit's app cache would be worth trying.

From phone dashboard main screen, click the hourly activity tile. f the history is not there, go back to main screen, then to hourly activity again. It loads the history the 2nd time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Same problem, did this, issue persists. This is day 2. So far, not impressed.
