I have a Charge 2 device with an Android phone. For the past few weeks, my hourly activity is tracked correctly and I can view the current day on the graph, but the previous six days on the graph are blank. If I look at the history for the hourly activity by day, the previous 6 days show as 0 but anything 7 days old or older shows the corrrect value.
For example, today is January 8. When I look at the hourly activity history, everything from Jan 2 to January 7 shows as 0 steps, but Jan 1 and before shows correctly. Yesterday, I could see Dec 31 and before. Tomorrow I will be able to see Jan 2 and before.
I tried checking the online version of the app but it doesn't display historical hourly tracking data. I also tried reinstalling the Fitbit app but without success.

Click on the hourly activity tile, go back to main dashboard screen, then back to hourly activity tile. Recently it seems to take 2 attempts to populate the data.

I'm not sure this is "solved" as much as there is a reasonable workaround.
FitBit needs to fix your app...for the money we spend on devices, the app and support are getting more and more glitchy by the day.
