Hourly steps

My Charge 2 has stopped logging the hourly steps for previous days. During the day it's fine, but if I want to look at the data from yesterday (or the few days before that) there's nothing there.  Anyone got a solution I can try?

It seems if I go into every other tile and then go back to thw hourly steps tile it will show my past days' achievements. But if I go into this tile first then it doesn't work. Weird...  But at least I have a workaround...

Thanks for trying to help me!! 🙂

It's all there but sometimes doesn't get downloaded to phone app.

Back out of that tile, then go back in, usually gets them loaded.

You can also look at the fitbit.com dashboard to verify the data is still there.

I'm not sure that resolves it (or maybe I'm misunderstanding the advice?) I've been in and out of the tile (and the app altogether) numerous times and the problem is still there.  I have data up until about 5 days ago, but after that is says there were 0 steps per hour for the rest of the days.  The overall step count is logging everything properly; just not the hourly activity.

Are you going into the hourly steps tile, exiting it, and going right back in, or do you just mean you have been into the tile at various times?

Also try clicking 'Dashboard' near top right of this page, and scroll back through previous days.  Though not as convenient, that at least can confirm if the data is there and what you are experiencing is a display problem versus a problem back in the main database.

I go out of the tile, out of the app, tried restarting my phone, and also have just uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Up to 22nd Jan I can see how many times I hit my hourly target, but from 23rd up to yesterday it says 0, even though I know that's not the case. All other features show me data from previous days

You say you go out of the tile, out of the app, restart yourphone but that is not what I suggested.

I suggested just going out of the tile and then right back into it.
