I seemed to have accidently deleted last night’s sleep log. Is there any way to retrieve it?

Hello @SunsetRunner. I'm glad to see a new member around.

While there isn't an option to retrieve information that was deleted, you can always log your sleep details in the Fitbit app. To do that, check the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the sleep tile.
  2. Tap on the "+" icon and on "Add Sleep Log".
  3. Enter the sleep start and end times.
  4. Tap on "Save" so it can be added to your logs.

Let me know if you need anything else.

I’ve done that in the past however that still leaves a blank space in the log columns. Can I suggest that Fitbit considers adding a second step to the ‘delete sleep log’ button. A confirmation that you really want to delete the log. I’ve pressed ‘delete sleep log’ so many times now by accident that it’s beginning to really bother me, and I thought others might be doing it too. Can I suggest adding an ‘are your sure?’ button to that process. Pleeease!

I agree!! The entry of additional sleep log does nothing if you accidentally delete the sleep log.  Please have app ask for confirmation as when I look first thing in the morning, many times I'll get up for a couple of minutes then go back to sleep and it doesn't capture the rest of my sleep so I go to edit the times and accidentally press delete them it's permanently gone.  When adding the times back, the sleep log is not a sleep log. It just generates a line with a free bars and no actual score or anything

I think it's pretty silly that you can delete something and not have an option to add it back.  Poor design structure for certain.  Very dissappointed.
