How can i access fitbit pay or google pay

I just got a charge 3 a day ago and I realized that I can't use fitbit pay and it's not available on the app.

Hello @MartinThe2nd and welcome to the Community.  Please double check your model.  There are two Charge 3 models, with and without the NFC chip.  The Charge 3 with the NFC chip is clearly marked Special Edition.  Fitbit Pay was discontinued, but a Charge 3 Special Edition can upgrade to Google Wallet for Fitbit.  Also, where are you located?  Google Wallet for Fitbit is different from Google Wallet on your phone.  Google Wallet for Fitbit isn't available in all countries.
