How do I change clock face on a Windows computer?

There are no clock face choices on my Fitbit app on my windows computer? That's it! I've spent hours trying every possible path on the app! Nothing.

Welcome to the Forums, @Phoozer.

If you are not seeing your clock face, I recommend taking a look at the following steps and make sure you are following those steps:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Clock Faces  > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
  4. Sync your device to see the change.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

I do those things until I am required to "TAP" on something. My screen on my desktop computer is not "TAPPABLE".  I have tried "CLICKING" on every path visible on the screen, exploring every visible feature and option along the way.  I am never offered a choice of clock faces, or the category "clock faces".  I only want to increase the size of my clock display numerals because my vision is failing. I like to monitor my heart beat rate and total steps for the day. I don't need to change what information is being shown to me on the face, nor am I interested an any other fitness functions. I have my watch a foot away from my computer when I try these things you suggest. It has the right time to the split second.I was a commercial programmer for many years, ran a computer lab in a school for two decades, and specialized in writing usage instructions for software developers. My biggest challenge in developing software instructions for new users, was getting the developers (programmers) who had written the programs to understand how the familiarity with their program which they had acquired during a lengthy time period of creating it, made them blind to the bewilderingly strange environment they welcomed the new user into when the main screen opened up to them for the first time. Branching menus are especially a problem, and become even more confounding when instructions refer to the menus with common words that have a more limited meaning in using the software.I don't want to spend a considerable length of time learning every detail of the "fitbit usage language" just to make such a straightforward and simple change as choosing a different clock face, or only to find out that I have the wrong version (obsolete perhaps) version of the fitbit app.I got the Charge 3 for Christmas and synced it. It works fine. I have wandered through the caves of possibilities for hours trying to do this simple thing. Thank you for your reply to my plea for help, but I have done the things you suggest, except for the "TAPPING", which I cannot do.Phoozer

Hello @vouz and welcome to the Community.  I looked at your profile and see that you are a new Fitbit user.  You don't say what model Fitbit you have, but the current models need a compatible Android or Apple smartphone or tablet to use.
