There are no clock face choices on my Fitbit app on my windows computer? That's it! I've spent hours trying every possible path on the app! Nothing.

If you are not seeing your clock face, I recommend taking a look at the following steps and make sure you are following those steps:

I do exactly that but this happens-
but it does not load on the computer!

Hello @vouz and welcome to the Community. I looked at your profile and see that you are a new Fitbit user. You don't say what model Fitbit you have, but the current models need a compatible Android or Apple smartphone or tablet to use.
