How do I change my Charge 3 clock face?

I would like to change the clock face to show actual steps. How can I choose a different one?

Hi @Ddwpb

In your app, go to the Charge 3 (tap the account icon in the top right corner - looks like a credit card, And select Charge 3), then select the Clock Faces tile (the first tile with green clock face on it). There you can select from the faces available. Sync your tracker and the face should be changed. Come back if you have problems.

I have the same problem, but don't see any clocks under "All Clocks"!

Just got my new Charge 3 set up and followed the instructions to change the clock face.  When I click the tab called All Clocks there is nothing there but a blank/grey screen - no options to choose from. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app, no change.  I have also forced a sync, no change. Any ideas?

When I go to the clock faces in the app, there is nothing in the all clocks page. How do I fix this.

Hi, I had same issue, no result by rebooting . However, followed another guideline for re starting.  Connected to charger, pressed the side button for 8 seconds, smiley face appeared to tell me complete and then multiple choices came up on the previous blank page 😁

WORKED! Held down left button for a while. But there was some waiting between step. Took about 5 min just to get the smiley face. Thought I'd bricked for a few minutes. Whew. Now I've got clock face options.

On my app I don't have the card in the upper right hand side of the screen.  There is an open envelope.  How do I locate or what change do I need to make to have the card so I can change the clock face?  I also want my watch to light up when I turn my wrist to view my steps.  My husbands Charge 3 lights up but he doesn't know what he did to have it work that way.
