How do I change my tracker's sensitivity?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

No Fitbit Charge 3 software for iMac. Only 2, android phone ... not able to find in advance sleep setting to change to sensitivity .. as after 1 week I have had only 1 full information on my sleep pattern. In the dashboard here was able to change.

QUESTION IS: changing here on the dashboard .. update my Fitbit to correct setting required.

Thank you for your time in this matter.

It's great to see you around @fabweb.

If you want to change your tracker's sensitivity, you need to do the following from your Dashboard:

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right.
  2. Go to Settings > Devices and scroll down to Sleep Tracking.

I hope this helps, catch you later. Robot Happy

Thanks for the update @fabweb and information.

If you are sleeping and wake up to the bathroom, your tracker will register that you are already awake since you actually wake up. If you don't want to see the time you were awake on your graph, you can always edit your sleep information by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I change my sleep history?.

Catch you later. Smiley Happy

I am having same problem with a new Fitbit Charge 3. It either doesn't record sleep or records only between 1 and 3 hours of it all satrting between 4am and 7am when I go to bed about midnight. Also have called tech support several times, about ready to return this to the store and get a different brand

I'm having the same issue. Worked fine in the beginning now it doesn't record my total sleep correctly.

Where you able to figure it out?

I reset my sensitivity to normal to see if that helps but I've only just done it so I'll have to see tonight.

I'd give anything to have the accuracy of my fitFit2 back. I'm a truck driver and this Charge 3 has me running marathons and never sleeping. WAY too sensitive and doesn't seem to be a real solution?

There is no gear icon on today - so can't check or select sleep monitoring or sensitivity - PhilVN

I’ve had the same problem. Charge 3 and 4 cause headaches and heart palpitations due to the EMF radiation. I have a hypersensitivity to EMF radiation and for some reason Fitbit changed the EMF’s when the Charge 3 and Charge 4 were made. I’m returning the Charge 4 and fortunately I found another Charge 2 on Amazon. Scoop them up—-Fitbit stopped making the Charge 2. Big mistake.
