Would appreciate final clarity on this issue as it is never properly answered. My Charge 3 is used via Windows 10 only (syncs fine with Bluetooth). However I can not find any way to change the clock face to a more readable option.
Posters just answer saying "Go to Fitbit app" but I am not using this on a mobile, just on a laptop with Windows 10. The dashboard is not like the mobile phone one I've seen on U tube etc. I think I'm stuck with no choice of clock face and loosing out on other advanced settings, not available with Windows 10 1903.
I'd love news that I'm wrong, with word of what to do within Windows 10 dashboard.
Thanks

It's great to see you here, @SunsetRunner.
To better assist you, can you please provide me with a screenshot of where you are trying to change your clock face?.
I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

Hi
Not sure what you are asking - there is no visible option to change clock face. I've been in Settings on Windows 10 dashboard on my account but there is nothing about changing the clock face. I am working on laptop and not using a mobile phone at all. If you can tell me what to click to move from dashboard and find clock faces,I'll be happy to follow instructions.
Thanks

To answer my own question (and maybe help others) I was looking in the wrong place when I used the Dashboard settings. I stumbled upon the Fitbit app on my PC [Access from PC's start - then scroll down alphabet]. This results in a different layout to the Dashboard, looking like a mobile phone design even though on PC.
At top right of page you click on the tiny dark picture of the Charge 3 watch strap to open a wider range of Settings than on Dashboard. (Yipee - including a selection of Clock Faces.)
