How do I get a refund please

Product is clearly not fit for purpose and company not responding to issues and failures

Very unhappy, as when it DID work, it was great, but now it won't even turn on, let alone sync

I had the same experience.  Fitbit promised to refund and i sent my unit back.  THEY DID NOT.  They received my unit (I kept the tracking paper and number and proof) and ignored it despite their guaranteed number of days to do the refund.  2 months later I phoned them and they denied receipt of the unit despite the fact that I quoted THEIR reference number on return order.  Only when I sent them proof of delivery to them, did they do the refund.  I was totally disgusted and will NEVER deal with this company again.  There are other options.

Is this a wind up? I asked a question and raised an issue on 03-02-2016
You replied to me by email on October 29th 2017. More than 18 months later?

You are a disgrace to business. I hear a lot of people saying they bitterly regret hearing your company name. Congratulations you got my money. I'll try to make sure you don't get any more from anyone I know.

I am in the same position. I hate this watch and want to return it.  I even had to purchase another Motorola phone so that it would sync continuosly and it still doesn’t sync all the time, it took almost 3 days to sync my wireless live loose ear buds and was it ever frustrating. At first they synchronized, but now it’s a major issue whenever I want to use my ear buds.  I am tired of troubleshooting this watch,  the battery life is the best part, other than that, the price I paid was not worth it.

How ow can I return it when it was purchased as a gift in December?

I also have a Fitbit charge hr that was pricey and I thought this would be better, but honestly it isn’t.  Help.
