How do I make the display on my Charge 3 brighter?

Hello @Kytheresa. Welcome to the community forums! 

 

Regarding your question, please make sure that Sleep mode isn't activated. When the Sleep mode is on, the screen's brightness is set to dim. If that is not the case, please change the screen's brightness in the Settings App on your Charge 3.
