Hello All,
Do you know how we can receive notifications from Microsoft Teams on my Charge 3 with an iPhone ?
When browsing the list of allowed app ( Fitbit Charge 3 > Notifications > App Notifications > ...) The app Microsoft Teams is missing (while I confirm it's sending notifications on my iPhone).
Thanks for help!

Hello @skyper06, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
I'll be glad to help you with your inquiry bout receiving notifications from Microsoft Teams on your Charge 3. Thanks for checking that your iPhone does receive those kind of notifications.
Well, if your referring to an app that is on your phone, and if this app has the ability to send notifications popups while the phone is locked. Then yes, the app in question will be able to send notifications to your Charge 3:

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply and tentative to support. As mentioned this is what I did and Teams is missing on the listed apps. While all the other are available. And I confirm I receive Teams notifications and with other connected watch it’s working well. Any idea?
Thanks,

I have the same issue. Other apps, like Skype, show up in the list of applications and I can enable notifications for them on my Charge 3. However the Microsoft Teams app does not show up as an option for receiving notifications on the Charge 3. I am receiving Teams notifications on my iPhone lock screen.

Agree: @MarreFitbit this answer is a cut-and-paste from the documentation. Can hardly be the best for the actual problem people are experiencing: anyone would do these basics before submitting a question to the forum. It only wastes people's time reading though these basic steps (in my opinion...)
@skyper06 not sure if your issue was resolved already, but it may be already in your Fitbit app notifications list under the name: "com.microsoft.skype.teams". Not sure if this is a bug in the Fitbit app or MS Teams app not exposing its name correctly tot he list. My guess is it is a problem with the Fitbit app as I have never seen these with any other apps which share MS Teams notifications. Turning this on allowed Teams notifications to come to my Charge 3.
If you do not see in the list, try these steps:
* run the last MS Teams update in the app store
* keep the Fitbit app open on the phone for a while and let a couple of notifications come through Teams while Fitbit app is open or on the background
* Power cycle the phone and see if it shows in the list at least as "com.microsoft.skype.teams"
Good luck!

Thanks for this Dmitri. I scrolled right by the “com.microsoft.skype.teams” and didn’t notice it. Just picked it and my Teams notifications are coming through just fine. Way better solution that the lame response from Fitbit.
