Before anything else, let me explain that the time on your tracker may be wrong whenever you travel to a different time zone or if your tracker isn't constantly syncing with the Fitbit app.

With that in mind, let's try correcting the time by doing the following steps:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated and reboot your phone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap the settings icon at the upper right corner.
  3. Tap App SettingsTime Zone.
  4. Turn off the Set Automatically option and choose the correct time zone.
  5. Go back to the Today tab and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
