I have had to order a new charger for my charge 3 if hasn't been in operation for 7 weeks
I cannot get my app to display information on number of steps and sleep details

Please note that when you try to set up the the Charge 3 and your phone is able to find it, you will see the code to pair the device, it should be a new 4 digit code displayed on the Charge 3. As you have mentioned that the system is not allowing you to reset the code, please confirm, are you getting an error message? is your phone able to find the tracker?
