I do not want my Charge 2 syncing with Strava anymore but it seems to keep happening. How do I stop it?

Hi @DrVal, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding your question about how to stop your Fitbit device to sync with Strava, please follow the steps listed in this help article, under the subject "How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?" in order to unlink both accounts. This way your Fitbit shouldn't sync with Strava anymore.
