How do I stop the timer on Charge 4?

My timer will not stop running. I'm not sure how to turn it off.

It's great to see you here, @Jojo48.

If you want to stop your timer, make sure to be doing the following:

1. On your device, open the Timer app.
2. If you used the timer previously, swipe right to choose the stopwatch feature.
3. Tap the play icon to start the stopwatch.
4. Tap the pause icon to stop.
5. Tap the reset icon to reset the stopwatch.

Is there anywhere there are images of what the icons look like?  All I see are numbers (amount of time) and a stop watch .  Nothing that remotely looks like a play or stop icon

The timers app appears with an icon described on the page 30, from the Charge 4 manual.

Agreed, there is nothing even remotely like an icon. Not sure how you figured it out, I put it on my charger and did the reset. This should have been a lot easier.

Sorry, not helpful. I turned on the timer somehow and need to know how to turn it OFF please. The timer just keeps on going and tapping the screen on the fitbit charge 4 just scrolls thru the screens.

Pause the timer then swipe from bottom to top.  A new screen appears and you can rest the timer to zero.

go to the timer count screen and press pause.  Then scroll from bottom to top for next screen.  You can now turn off the timer and reset to zero.

Followed above. But the reset never lets you get back down to "0".  You can input 0 minutes, but not get out of the seconds screen and there is no "0".  Always stuck with at least 0.01 seconds.  Feature I always used on my Charge 2.  Reset should take you to 0.  Will go back and read other links.

NO - You can never get to "0" seconds.  Stuck at 0.01 seconds.
