How do I update time and date on Fitbit watch?

They get updated when you sync it with the app (it will match the time and date of your phone / tablet).

Sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

I have tried all these things, but my watch refuses to update to the new timezone after syncing. What are all the conditions required to update? What is the use of  a watch that you can’t update the time!! I currently only have SOS connection to the Telstra mobile network, but do have full internet connection via wifi. Does that make a difference?

I have just synchronised but the date has not updated.

My Fitbit does the exact same one day it worked and the next it didn't.
