I forgot to charge my Fitbit 2 the other day so my battery died. I charged it back up but now it’s showing the wrong date and time and I’ve tried changing it but can’t. Any ideas?

You can't manually change the date or time but they should reset themselves each time your fitbit syncs with your phone or computer. Has it synced since you charged it?

Hey @TinaleeP-5, I hope you are doin' fine! As @SteveH said, it is nor possible to manually change the time on your Charge 2, however, that will update with the time on the device you are using to sync. Take a look at the information in this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? For further information.
Keep me posted!
