my fitbit charge 2 has a lot of scratches, and there is a pretty noticeable scratch going diagonal on the front plastic going across the entire display. i was wondering if i could get the front plastic replaced.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Just as @SunsetRunner shared, it's not possible to change the screen of your Charge 2 and also, accidental damage is not covered by our warranty policies. However, I can contact our Customer Support team on your behalf for them to provide you with some options to get you back on track with a fully functional device, just give me your confirmation and after your reply I'll reach them out.
