How to reset the time of day it is 11 min. slow please tell me how to reset to the actual time of day it runs 11 Min slow

Hi, @oldklaus , your Fitbit will automatically resets as soon as it syncs. If it is running 11 minutes slow, that suggests that it has not synced for at least a few days.
Some things you can try to force a sync:
Go to your Fitbit app, click on the account icon (that's the little person icon top right) and on the account screen scroll down to find "sync now".
If that doesn't work you can try logging out of your account and logging back in again, and/or restarting your Fitbit.
If none of these things work please post again letting us know what phone or other device you use to sync your Fitbit, whether you have changed devices recently, and any other information that might be help us get you syncing again.
