Hello @eniluap it's a pleasure to assist you with your syncing inquiry and to give you a warm welcome to the Community Forums too.
Seems odd that the Bluetooth of your Charge 2 isn't working as the way we designed it. Let me share with you that at this moment there's no way to sync your Fitbit with a USB cable directly with your computer, the syncing process can only be done using Bluetooth. Also, I'd like to add that Windows 7 is not a compatible software to complete the syncing process. To learn more about this, I recommend you to check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?, specifically the Windows 10 Computer and Mac or Windows 8.1 Computer part.
I recommend you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are specified in the help article above to rectify the Bluetooth difficulties you're currently experiencing with your Charge 2. You can also try to sync with another compatible device before you switch to a new Fitbit.
I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

This is an old post, but my Charge 2 also quit syncing to my Windows 7 laptop, but worked fine with Windows 10. Some firmware update seemed to have removed the Windows 7 compatibility.
