I don't know how to get my Charge 2 HR to sync.  I have set an alarm but it just keeps saying "waiting to sync".  Please give instructions in easy to understand detail.  I am 76-not tech savvy.  thank you.

I have an alarm set to be added on my Fitbit Charge 2 HR which says "Waiting to Sync" but it hasn't "synced" for several days now. I am completely confused as to what to do next to make it "sync". How do I activate it to actually begin the process of syncing? Instructions online have been attempted, but don't understand them very well. Instructions need to be VERY basic for me. When it says to go to the Fitbit symbol on the app, where is it?, for example.....on the dashboard or where?
