I can't change time on my fitbit

My fitbit is showing the wrong time . It is receiving emails so is getting stuff from my phone but I can't find any way of adjusting the time.

Assuming not a time-zone issue off by exact number of hours, Fitbit devices get time and date from phone or other sync device each time they sync.  That is the only way to set time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
