Fitbit on my phone now required a login and password every time I want to look at it. The change happened with the last update. I called about it and they said they may fix it. This problem makes my fitbit nearly useless to me. I'm visually impaired and I cannot do the log-in without help. Once I get to the site, my phone will read aloud to me what I want to know, but I cannot get any information if it will not stay logged in. Could anyone find a workaround for this problem? Is there any setting in the preferences that will keep me logged in? Are all the other Fitbit users just willing to log in over and over again?

I'm having the exact same problem for the last two weeks or so, since the last update to the new iOS. Please let us know how to fix this, FITBIT!

Oops -- didn't see the iOS help below. I'm on an iPhone 6. Regardless, I spent 30 minutes with customer service chat this morning for them to finally tell me that many people have had the same problem since the newest Fitbit app update.

I got a new Samsung S9 phone and a Galaxy Tablet A 8. I have a Charge 2 Fitbit. Set up the new Fitbit app and I have to log in everytime. Old phone and tablet I stayed logged in.
